It depends, you could do regular legs on back day but throw in light RDL's or SLDL's to work the hamstrings more on your leg day.

I have been doing this for 4 months staight now. It still kicks my ass and I love it.

I do back then next day cardio then next day legs then cardio :naughty:

at the end of the week I'm shot. My rest day is barly enough to get me by to push harder then the last training day. But some how I do it.:)

I found doing squats and going heavy then moving into calves helps me recover enough to hit SLDL hard. Just space them out in your work out. It's really more of a mental thing then anything else.

I do regular on some of my back days, not every week. Then I do SLDLs on hamstring day.

BTW, I got 500 without hitching last night (yes I put 2.5's on there :o )

Ya, I haven't gone heavy in a while, been working with 405-445 mostly, but that fat pussy christophers was making fun of me for it so I gave it a shot.

It really depends on much more than just a person's height
