Very noobish question, but does this only reduce the amount of water in your body, or does it also cut some body fat? I'm about 5'11", 168lbs w/ 17%ish BF, should i be sweating my balls off in the sauna after a workout, or would that be a bad idea?

hmm, so would using a suana a lot help lower body fat? assuming your intake of food is where it's supposed to be?

saunas don't increase your metabolism so no, you don't burn any calories or lose bodyfat

you might feel lighter due to lower water weight though

You are incorrect. Your metabolism and pulse will increase along with increased circulation... The heat mainly causes a surface body temp increase rather than internal/core... vessels dilate, heart picks up the pace to keep blood pressure even :hs:
