I've heard some people say before, some say after, some say it doesn't matter.
What's the verdict?

Will do. Any time frames? Do you need to give your body time to digest before you start workout?
most people say about an hour, but that would depend on the meal size and everything
Maybe you should take a serving immediately after wake up in the morning too.
Cool... thanks for the advice fellas. One more quick question, how much of this stuff do you go through? The kind I bought yesterday was $30CAD/tub (BIGGG tub), 190cal/36g protein per serving (two scoops).
How long do these protein tubs last? I imagine supplements cost a bundle, especially when trying to keep up with a routine.
I don't overuse protein powders. I just take a serving of whey sometime after my workout. The time when my muscles are healing themselves. I haven't found that taking it before workouts helps me at all.
