    god damn.

i was just at the gym...finished my last set of deadlifts and am about to set up for some yates rows. some random older guy comes up to me and starts questioning my routine after seeing me do 4 sets of deadlifts.

"so...do you just like do 1 set of every exercise? cause that's bad for you...you know that right?"

Ask him how he knows what you're training for.

did he not see you do 4 sets? or did he mean 1 rep?
ppl stare at me when i do deads but they leave me alone. they probably think im weird cause they dont see deadlifts often, if not at all.

Umm, that's exactly what you have to do in competition, so why wouldn't you do it in training?

define lockout for me? I always thought it was when your elbows/knees are at 100% of their possible ROM right? because my elbows and knees naturally hyperextend and if I try to lock out on bench or squat my joints get to hurtin pretty fast
