When my current routine ends, what should I do?

    I've been doing a 6 week training routine to get off a plateau I've been on and am on week 3 of it. Read about it in Muscle and Fitness and it's working pretty damn well. However now that I'm in the middle of it I'm wondering what I should do when i'm at the end?

    Take a week off, do cardio, stay to my diet and start again. Or just keep continuing it?
