When is the best time to workout?

    Is it in the morning before breakfast or after breakfast. Or at night after dinner. Need a little help. thanks

    i always work out between 8-9pm start

    mainly cuz im so fuckin busy

    I try to start working out about 1.5 hours before a meal. That way I can give my shake and banana about an hour to settle before I eat a whole meal.

    30 minutes before sundown.

    Or, if you're a vampire, 30 minutes after sundown.

    (Serious response: Workout when you have the most energy, after a light meal, and before you have access to a meal or supplement with protein, meaning don't workout before work if you won't have any protein shakes when you get to work)

    I've always been of the opinion that whenever you can and have some form of nutrition content in your body to fuel you. Time of day doesnt really matter, as long as you have the energy and it's convenient for you.

    im actually pretty random right now, sometimes around 2 pm, sometimes 8pm.
