the first 6 to 7 reps are really easy, and only the last 3 really get hard. By the time I'm at ten though I wanna roll over and die, but sometimes I pump out an extra rep (slowly) just for good measure. But that's really only on the first set. Is this proper form?

10 is fairly high reps, and form has very little to do with reps. There is nothing wrong with doing that many.

Decrease weight, or decrease the amount of sets?

10+ reps isn't high, it's just different. Jesus fucking christ guys, not everyone has to lift 8 reps for every set.
