I was walking down the street,
and I looked in a driveway,
and there was a 'for sale' sign on a car,
I THINK THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL IT!!!

If he was, he'd know that it's the most common exercise ailment ever.

It's probably just a cramp, try running through it. They usually go away within 5 mins. for me.

water fixed all my problems for running. Cramps are 80% of the time from dehydration. You need more water than you think. Drink a lot of water though-out the day.

you have to be fully hydrated. To get to that level takes longer than an hour. It took me a week. I used to have gnarly cramps that locked me up sometimes dropping my pace by a minute or two.

You have to over-hydrate for a week at least. Be peeing every hour or two. Drink two cups an hour. I'm talking about filling yourself with more water than you can imagine. When you run for long distances you lose massive water weight. I've dropped 5lbs from a race before. That is mostly water. YOU NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE.

Drinking one cup 20 minutes before is no hydrating.

sticking your hands on top of your head helps with cramps a lot. course, its tough to run with your hands on your head at the same time, but it works for me.
