Ive never really done any significant cardio in the years of training. I decided these holidays im going to try and work on getting leaner. But the thing is i dont really want to run a cut like say smb is me because i really cant afford to lose any muscle mass. Im about 200lbs @ 6'2' right now, i suspect somewhere in the mid teens bodyfat wise. Would taking up 2-3 cardio sessions a week help reduce my bodyfat whilst not losing weight/muscle mass? Or is that bro science with no actual application in the real world?
