when doing cardio after a lifting session and glycogen is depleted

    where does your body source its energy from? proteins or fats?
    is it important to get some sort of sugar in your body right after a lifting session and then do cardio? id do it at separate times but my time kind of makes it difficult for me to do so

    I would think it'd be better to get some fast-absorbeb (this word sure doesn't look right) protein inbetween because it will prevent the body from getting protein from muscles.
