do you press the weight with your toe area or your heel area
Are you trying to focus on your quads? What's your foot position, high/low? Unless you're really trying to focus on your quads with low foot position most of your focus should be on your heels.
With hacks I'd say don't go low foot placement and always focus on your heels to prevent knee damage.
i cant even figure out how to press with my heels, even when i try i still end up pressing with my toes
i go with whichever is more comfortable...which is the center and ball of the foot.
i dont do either
i did hack squats today, my quads hurt.
