After being able to do how many reps? 10, 15, or 20?

How do you add them? Some people have little hooks connected to their belt, some people hold dumbbells with their feet.

i'm gonna need one of those, but i don't like the idea of having to carry it w/ me the whole workout. i do full-body so i'd need to have it every time.

There is a russian strength coach who suggests not to add weight to your pull ups until you can do at least twenty full range without weight. I think his name is Pavel or something like that.

I think you should start adding weight by the time you can do at least 3 straight sets of 10. And by weight, I don't mean go and throw a 45 on there, just a nickle or a dime. I personally start adding weight when I can get 50 reps in sub 5 sets.
