When do i take protein and creatine?

    i have ON whey protein and micronized creatine.

    i get out of class at noon and then i go to the gym.

    so when and how should i take my supplements? :dunno:

    my creatine is in a pre-workout powder, so I take it as such

    whey is fine whenever, post-workout would be good.

    as far as I know

    If you plan on doing cardio or squats then dont take protein before the the workout....otherwise you might puke.

    I try to get a shake or meal about an hour before my preworkout drink and a shake after workout.

    preferably when your mouth is open in the receiving position, otherwise you may dribble it on your face, the absorption rate through skin is far less than mouth and intestine.

    Some creatine products are meant to be taken pre workout. But in terms of how the body likely uses the creatine, that's true.

    Been near that point plenty of times, but that has nothing to do with taking protein an hour or two before lifting in breakfast or pre-workout shake.
