    The workout period — just before, during, and immediately after — is magic time. Even the most carbophobic person can and should consume Surge at this time. The benefits are enormous and it doesn't seem to lead to fat gain in the real word. Of course, carbs should be limited at all other times in the day.

    I'll also add the same caveat as Dr. Mohr: You do have to "earn" your Surge. No pink dumbbell workouts. And you better be doing some shit-a-kidney lifting before you double your workout drink!

    I eat chicken before, and take whey after. I do cardio after lifting, can't exactly be drinking a shake then running :barf:

    What part don't you agree with? The product placement or that they're making it seem like its impossible to gain fat during your work out? Or am i missing something by not reading the article?

    This quote is mostly fine atlhough pretty fucking anal. It's the some other of thib's quote are plain dumb though. If you were to follow him, a carb-up would be like 150g of carbs in a whole day almost only from berries and surge.

    With the time frames they promise, or used to promise when i read t-nation, they'd have to be anal. Or if you assume the population over there is the same as it is here, they can't follow common sense based diets. I don't agree with everything they say but its a good site for information, if you filter out the product promotion.

    I thought you were saying that this didn't make sense like the RETARDED gum and ketchup copy/paste Ceaze has been doing. Thats the dumbest thing i've ever read.

    It used to be fine when you filtered out promotion. Now it's just dumb. I believe it's becoming something like a pro-ana website for men.
