Nobody has put up a decent raw bench in a meet here. BDR I think hit 500 touch and go raw for a gym lift when he was 375 pounds.
GTlifter is still in the 275's for benching.

best is 345x3 recently then my shoulder took a nose dive but finally feeling better and making progress again

actually not...did them with a rev grip iirc and if I try to slam and jack my ass off the bench with that I drop it on my face...

I worded that poorly. My shoulder is having issues so i've been foam rolling and doing band work. I was seeing if there is anything that you're doing that i might incorporate.
