    Here's stuff that happens:

Pictures will load messed up(half of it will be grey/green/scrambled/etc.)

Youtube videos load all the way but will only play 5 seconds and than stop
anything downloaded will be corrupt(anything downloaded through a link(programs, zips, etc.) but torrents work okay)
i get massive amounts of code and have to refresh to get rid of it

Does that happen on files you have on your computer, or only downloaded files?

If it's only downloaded files, then is it only happening in firefox, or IE too?

    cache corruption.

delete all your tempory internet files in internet explorer. And in delete your cache in firefox also.

then go to your command prompt then type ipconfig /flushdns

firefox and IE, sometimes if a picture is messed up in firefox, ill copy/paste url and put it in IE and sometimes it works, sometimes it's worse.

It sounds like a network issue.

Try the ipconfig flush that F2B mentioned.

Just go to Start > run > type cmd and hit ok > then copy and paste exactly the way F2B posted it, and hit enter.

I would install the chipset and video drivers.

Look in the add/remove programs in the control panel. As you scroll down, do you see a big black box? Video drivers. Try 16 bit instead of 32, decreasing AGP size (if you have an AGP card or the BIOS uses it) in BIOS, reinstalling the chipset drivers, etc.
