    mon-lift/bjj
    tue-yoga/muay thai
    wed-lift/bjj
    thur-yoga/muay thai
    fri-lift/bjj

did this new schedule for the first time in a long time, and i am fucking BEAT!! so tired, but hopefully ill pull through and continue on it.
my main concern is m/w/f... lifting before bjj makes me weak for practice and sucks, but its pretty unpossible to lift hard after practice :hs:

wondering what you guys do weekly, as is, im thinking of taking away friday until i ease back into it fully in a couple weeks.

Low volume in morning, high volume at night (same bodypart) Very beneficial and actually increases recovery time due to increased bloodflow.

    or

    One bodypart morning/One Afternoon

you learn both at the same time? Is it just mma style sparring?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by MMA style sparring. I learn both during but now we do a couple months of this mixed with a few days of that then a few days of that mixed with a couple days of this. Works great.

When we train BJJ, we spar BJJ, when we train MT, we spar MT but it's not uncommon that people go for takedowns and such just for fun.

P.s. My teacher also fought in vale tudo 1997 japan and extreme fighting 2 so he teaches Vale Tudo fighting but I won't be taking that anytime soon.
