What's your typical lunch?

    I need to eat more.. but I have no idea what to eat... something that I wouldnt get bored of and it is cheap...

    i have a scoop of wpi in water and some form of protein (a chicken breast or tuna/salmon, usually) on a normal day... sometimes, i go out to eat, but this is what i pack to bring with me

    i usually have a protein shake, a tub of cottage cheese, and some turkey/chicken lunch meat slices
    pbj is easy and very cheap as well
    cereal is pretty cheap with all of those albertsons 10 for 10.00 deals

    turkey/bbq chicken deli meat on a 98% fat free wrap + tons of mustard + lettuce + tomato+ all that goodies...diet soda...protein shake

    Whole grain bread.
    Cheese.
    FF Mayo.
    Mrs. Dash.
    Whey.
    FF milk.
    Almonds.

    750 calories
    85g protein
    60g carbs
    45g fat
