Just wondering what you guys get each week in specific amounts. I'm living on my own over the summer and I need tips for my grocery list so I stay brolly, but at the same time, not go overboard in spending.

I'm like fucking emeril in the kitchen. I've got every spice/seasoning shit imaginable. Lately I just season it with a sealoned salt, poultry rub, chef pauls magic salmon seasoning (BUY THIS SHIT), and pepper. Pan fry in a small amount of olive oil. Near the end I add a little sauce depending on how I feel (no more than about 10-12g carbs per pound of chicken cooked). Anything from low sugar general tso's to pomegranite chipotle sauce.

It gets boring, but I cannot stomach tuna any more.
