my left hook throws really well... either quick while im hanging it out there or with nice power on the back of a combo.

i need to work on my straight right cross.. it hits hard but i feel like it's slow and telegraphed,

also need to work on my uppercuts.. they dont come verticle enough.

I'm pretty proud of my r.cross. Even before I started pure boxing training I've had people tell me I hit very hard with it. Now after a about a month of boxing I feel like its even harder and I don't telegraph it like I used to.

The punch I'm least comfortable with is the double jab. My single jab is decent but when I try to double up with it my body either gets confused or I feel like I'm doing it really slow and expending more energy than I should.

Strongest would be the straight right.

Weakest left hook which is kinda suprising as my jab is probably my 2nd best punch.

I like it a lot. Sometimes I get tired of doing the same thing over and over and over again before the coach has me do something new, but I am definetley seeing big improvements from all the repetitions. I like how much focus there is on just the most basic stuff.

that's a good thing, people always throw uppercuts way too close to their own body and way too verticle. I wish I threw my uppercuts with a little more distance.

im 'ok' on the distance portion of it, but sometimes i throw it as a hook/uppercut hybrid. i need to get my body of the way of it some, i think

I like to think that i have a great jab. Fast and stiff. Lots of snap.
I think my weakest technique wise is the overhand right. I just feel akward throwing a loopy punch.
