What's your Resting Heart Rate?

    Mine seems a bit high, probably high 70s. Might have to take up some aerobic work.

    Mine is usually in the 80s when I check it at the grocery store. Back when I used to race mtn bikes I had it in the 50s. Getting fat and old ftl. :hs:

    your true resting heart rate should be taken first thing in the morning, before you do anything, even sit up

    Mines about 65. When I used to run middle distance it was 45 or thereabouts. 100 is really fucking high.
