Mine seems a bit high, probably high 70s. Might have to take up some aerobic work.
Mine is usually in the 80s when I check it at the grocery store. Back when I used to race mtn bikes I had it in the 50s. Getting fat and old ftl.

Mine is about 100 I can get it down to like 70 though
your true resting heart rate should be taken first thing in the morning, before you do anything, even sit up
it was mid 70s last time i checked
Mines about 65. When I used to run middle distance it was 45 or thereabouts. 100 is really fucking high.

tested with an actual HRM...it use to be even lower
Used to be in the high 40s when I swam competatively. Now its in the 60s.
high 60's or low 70's right now....
need to get back to doing a lot of heavy bag
