i think the cut is nice, but it looks like a suit for someone over 35...

here are some suits that i think are nice and still look young:

Spooky, that's a really solid suit that is still conservative but has some modern tendencies.

I was considering it once but I'm just saving up for a custom. If you want it I'd say go for it.

When I'm not worried about the economy I'm gonna get a TasT suit. For now I''m being careful, just in case you know :o

The dude that owns it usually sells them at a discount to StyleForum members, I think it's 395 w/ discount?

starts at like 475ish and goes up for premium fabrics

350 if you provide your own fabric

would be nice if it was 400 though

475 even with theSF discount he gives? :o

Meh, it's still worth it to have a custom suit made here in LA by some pretty relaxed dudes that have a good rep. i've talked with the owner a couple times already.

    alternative.

    1) flight to bombay, india - $1000
    2) cab to bagavan in santa cruz - $5
    3) custom made suit (beautiful quality and fabric) - ~$100 each
    4) profit.

    ;)

basically, they have a ton of books and you pick the design.

or you can do what i did and print out a bunch of designs from the internet and have them make the exact ones and they will.

i dunno man, i'd feel weird exploiting my motherland's people for a custom suit. there'd be like some imperialistic tendencies going on there since i'm a westerner. :sad2:

what? can you elaborate on this? are you saying you can actually go to a tailor in India...choose a fabric...get your size/fitting...and they'll make a suit out if it? :eek3:

i'm going to india in september to say me "ba" so i might have to look into this :coold:

There are only a handful of top grade master tailors in India, a very small percentage if you think about how much of the country is involved in tailoring, and they will charge accordingly. With premium fabrics averaging easily $100 USD per yard (and on up), like their quality Hong Kong brethren, a bespoke masterwork will run you much closer to $1000 USD. Still very much a bargain considering the comparable product in the western world will start at 3X that.
