I think repping 405 x 3 with confidence and the other 2 by 3 would be where I want to stay.

I wouldn't try to increase strength beyond that, Once I hit that it would just be maintaining, and conditioning.

    :hs:

Although Dead will probably be at 550 looking at those numbers.

Is a 400 bench and 500 squat/dl really in proportion? Most people I've seen who can bench 400 have squat/dl of 600 or more :hs:

    Bench 315 x 12
    Squat 365 x 10
    Dead 495 x 6

    I wish......guess time will tell.

I haven't set any goals for 3-4 years really.

    Bench 315
    Squat 400+
    Dead 475

I've got a LONG way to go. Right now I'm at

    Bench 175
Squat 225 (Which was my goal for December. )
Deads 175? (I don't really do them any yet, because my form sucks ass.)

    Hm. My immediate goals are:

    Bench: 405
    Dead: 600
    Squat: 550

    Current Numbers:
    Bench: 365
    Dead: 545
Squat: 455 or so but keep in mind I'm coming off a hamstring injury and a two year layoff due to groin problems so I expect it to go up fast.

It's not terribly out of proportion.

due to lots of running/conditioning, I don't expect my strength in legs to go much below 500. But as I said a 550 dead is more in line with 500 squat and 400 bench

My last set of dead lifts has just always been 6 reps. It's just part of my routine that seems to work really well for me. My dead lift is the first lift to get stronger out of everything else.

I want to pull 500 at less than 165 like Preemo. :coold:

As for bench and squat I don't plan on going past 225 on either due to fear of reaggravating injuries. They're not all that important to me. My best ever was 275 and 315 at 185...I last squatted 295 at 180 off a below parallel box so I'm sure I could've done 365 parallel at 190 if I was healthy.

I'm lettin the goals slip for now... BF loss is top priority. Once I hit my weight goal then I can worry about building my big-3 back up. my concern is keeping what I have already.

My goal is to figure out how I can get my wrist back up to 100% so I can start BB benching again. I am also trying to get to 405 x 5 on squat by next summer.

I'd be happy with your current numbers if I can do so at 180lbs or under.

    Hell, ya.
But IF I had any long term goals for those lifts... that would be it.
I really don't think I will reach those though.

Yeah once I'm done dieting I should be better off, number and weight wise.

You ARE most people's goal, so I wouldn't worry too much. ;)

I think I'll hit my goal spring of next year.
