    Just curious....
measuring between that protruding bone on the wrist and my hand at the smallest part, my r. wrist measures 6 3/4". My left only 6 1/2". Was wondering if that's pretty small.

i have no idea whats considered small, i feel like 7.25 is tiny but it doesnt look out of proportion cause my forearms arent that big either. :wtc: they are my weakest link i feel

Always thought mine were small...guess just average. Didn't the mags used to say you'd only be able to get upper arms 10" larger than your wrist size. At least I remember reading that in one of the old mags (early 80's) before.

So...is the wrist size also indicative whether you're likely mesomorph, ecto, etc....??

Doubt it.. My wrist is 6.25 on both sides. It's part of what sets us apart though.. Small joints and big muscles gives a better shape. I would say I have small bones, but I've never broken a bone. And I'm stupid crazy.
