What's your hardest/easiest muscle group to workout?

    Hardest: Biceps....my biceps are not small but they've never been big. i do 8 sets of curls 20x reps 10x each arm with single dumbells and the same routine just switch it over to the hammer style...its a work in progress but i know ill get jacked

    Easiest:Traps, i literally dont even have to work on these things and there diesel, i try not to focus on them because they are already too big


    how about you party people?

    My shoulders are naturally broad and they're coming along, most other things are lagging.
