Mine is 2scoops of whey, strawberries, 1/2cup of oats and some skim milk
Usually my post workout shake.
Usually two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter a banana and two scoops of ON with skim milk.
2 scoops of ON Whey plus 2 cups of water :6:30am
apple + Banna plus 4 cups of water: 9:30am
Two pills of Flax Seed Oil, two pills of Fish Oil, Two GNC Mega Men
2 Scoops of ON whey, 8oz skinless chicken, 1 cup of Rice, 1 Cup of Broccoli plus 3 cups of water 12:30pm
2 Scoops of ON Whey 4:00pm 3-4 cups of water
3 egg whites
Thats alot of Whey
1/2 cup oatmeal/water
2 eggs, 12oz round steak, 2 servings of oatmeal.
2 scoops of whey + water
usually 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and a 1/2 cup of oats. however, i picked up some cream of wheat and co co wheats yesterday so i'm gonna start substituting those in occasionally to break up the monotony of oats all the time
3-4 scrambled eggs
8 oz milk
1 slice wheat bread
chicken breast, peanuts
i usually wake up after noon, so it's usually a big steak or something
ya I know and still only 218g of protein.
1 cup egg beaters
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup red grapes
Today I had
6oz Venison steak
3 Eggs over easy
8oz Greek Yogurt
4 slices rye bread w/ hummus
chocolate pop tarts
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana or pear (whatever i have around)
2 scoops of Whey.
occationally i'll change whey out for 5 eggs (5 whites, 2 yolks) with salsa. only way i can eat those nasty fucking things.
1/2 cup water/oatmeal, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, glass of milk, and a multi.
Strawberry Toaster Strudels FTW!
....With a cup of oatmeal with a banana mixed in, apple and my meal replacement shake.
ON MRP + banana + blueberries + 2 big spoons of Peanut Wonder + 8oz water + ice = shake
i get all of my nutrition from the sun
can of chili, oatmeal, and 20oz of milk
yeah I take a huge shit about an hour after that
