I love the health benefits of working out and spending a lot of time on the bag, and I also love the confidence boost of knowing I'm in good shape and can potentially kick ass if need be (although I'm not cocky in the least). You? My favorite part of my workout is when i'm all done after stretching and my shins are numb, elbows and knees feel like leather, and my arms feel 100x heavier. I can always feel a slight improvement with each workout also... I love that feeling when I can stretch a little farther and push a little harder.
