Besides deadlifts, what do you do? I feel like I'm pretty limited. I am mainly stuck to hyper extensions, pull throughs, and a lower back machine. Any suggestions?

Cable rows are not a lower back exercise.

Your lower back plays a major role in it.

The biceps play a role in rows, but they do not call rows bicep movements.

    Same principle.

Good Mornings, weighted 45-degree back raises (done properly), pull throughs, and any deadlift variation are best. The Back Attack is killer, but the chances of you finding one are slim to none.

Great, so let's all do only isolation movements, that builds strength right?

    Quit being a semantic douche.

Aren't you the newbie to lifting that has girl like levels of testosterone that is claiming that a cable row is a "lower back exercise"? Yes the lower back is involved. If that's the best fucking lower back exercise you can come up with then it's plainly obvious why you have low test - because you're a girl. Faggot.

This nigga attacked me whne I'm trying to point out that while yes, the lower back is involved, that it is not really a exercise that you do to hit your lower back. Even squats will do more for your lower back than a cable row would.

In addition, if your lower back is being highly fatigued during cable rows then you are swinging wildly like Maine implied.

Deadlifting, good mornings, back raises (weighted), stiff leg deadlifts, etc. are probably your best bets.

A proper cable row should have no lower back movement, so I can't see how you can think that is a lower back movement. I know at the higher weights your legs and lower back come into play as you 'bounce' the weight back. But I'd class those as cheats.

Just like bicep curls and having your whole body move!!

But yes, Good Mornings with proper technique.

hahA, I'll take $10 as well if ya feeling generous!

Ha! I read that as "Back Flips!" and went WTF!!
