What's your favorite and least favorite muscle to train?

    Favorite - Lats/Back, there's nothing sicker than some huge lats

    Least - Calves, I have worked them several times a week for the past year and to get a quarter inch of growth, although a gastro pump is kinda cool.

    my favorite rotates alot, but shoulders seem to be pretty consistent because i love overhead pressing. sometimes i'll go through times when i like pulling and squats better

    my least favorite is my chest because its a huge sticking point for me and it just won't fucking grow

    Like: Legs and back in general

    Hate: Chest because, as someone above me says, it's a sticking point for me and refuses to grow. :(

    hate: triceps, they won't grow. also chest, it's growing fine, quite well actually..except my left side is way bigger and it looks fucked up.

    like: low rep deadlifts/squats

    hate: high rep deadlifts/squats

    amazing how much i like doing 1-5 rep sets, but hate 10-15 rep sets

    I don't think so..the entire left side of my body is slightly bigger..my mom must have gotten kicked in the belly when I was in the womb. It just stands out in the chest area since it's a big muscle.

    push press
    deadlift--i like the feeling of grind
    meh
    cardio: because I get bored
    bench: because I suck at it
    pullups: my lats don't fire worth a fuck and it turns into an rhomboid/retraction exercise.
