In the middle of working out yesterday I was at 163/74 and 98bpm
An hour later, I was at 143/70, seems a little high to anyone?

ralyks , systolic is a little high, however bp is highly variant. Consulting a doctor if you're concerned wouldn't hurt.

you going to do something about it mate?

nab it in the butt whilst you can or you'll hit serious problems down the track.

    :werd: low bp crew

pharmacist said you can't do anything about low bp but this range isn't too low unless you feel dizzy/lightheaded

I had it taken by a doctor a few weeks back while rested and he said it looks fine. I'll be heading back in the next week or 2 anyways so we'll see.

Well....it's been like that since I was a sub 140lb distance runner in high school and no doc has ever said anything about it...

it does tend to stay around 135/80 if I drink a lot of water (1.5 gal+) so I've started doing that and taking a small aspirin every day.

Oh I'll usually down 3 16oz water bottles while working out, and another with protein in it afterwards. Definitely could contribute to something.
