    the weight you would stablize at if you let yourself go, so to speak. The weight you would be at if you made no effort to change it. I.e. eat and do whatever it is that you normally do. Instead of saying "oh shit i can't belive i'm at xyz i better hit the gym and eat right!" you just go "meh" and keep on going.

    I am pretty sure if I did not make a conscious effort to stuff my face all the time I'd eventually fall back to 170-180lbs as long as I continue to workout.

    before lifting, I was 180ish... 172 if i cared about keeping more lean..

    now if i stopped, i'd stay about the same probably...

    According to the BMI, the mode people who voted so far are mildly overweight. Not exactly the obesity pandemic that the media is always ranting about.

    190ish... its what i have been for over a year now untill i started lifting... now i'm 191.. so i guess thats what i would probably stabalize at

    I voted 190 because it's probably realistically closest to 202 (as opposed to 220).

    I'm 6'5" and 210lbs now

    i voted 220, but itd be more like 205 - 210. pretty much the same weight i am now because i'd lose the muscle and gain lots of fat.
