i've been tracking my calorie intake on fit day for the past couple weeks just eating naturally. and i only tend to eat around 1300-1500 calories a day. it shows my maintenence calories burned each day to be around 3100, and i run/bike at least an hour every day. why am i not wasting away into nothing? i've weighed 140-150 for the past two years. eating and exercising just like this. i don't want to lose weight, but why am i not?
