what's wrong with me?

    i've been tracking my calorie intake on fit day for the past couple weeks just eating naturally. and i only tend to eat around 1300-1500 calories a day. it shows my maintenence calories burned each day to be around 3100, and i run/bike at least an hour every day.

    why am i not wasting away into nothing? i've weighed 140-150 for the past two years. eating and exercising just like this. i don't want to lose weight, but why am i not?

    at 140 why are you trying to lose weight?

    unless you're female.. and still thats no bad

    better question. how can you eat 3100 calories to maintain weighing only 140 lbs? that seems like alot.

    i work in a chem lab, and ride my bike there and back every day. so i checked standing work as my lifestyle activity on fitday, so it gives me a readout of needing 3100ish calories. yet i don't eat near that much, and i exercise more on top of that...

    or
    the estimate of calories expended is wrong.

    How can you eat under 1500 cals everyday ? I'm cutting at 1500 cals and I have a hard time figuring out new food. You must be skipping a meal...

    If you don't want to lose weight, why are you in a caloric deficit?

    and if you're in a caloric deficit, and still not losing wieght (when you don't want to) whats your complaint?
