    antiaircraft artillery

    BUT depends on what weapon system you are on. You may be humping a stinger with the infantry.

    If you could guarantee you would be assigned to a gun crew, then artillery. Esp missile artillery.

    the stinger is no longer a standardly used weapon by the u.s. army very few if any are still used

    wrong. there have been multiple occruances where an RPG pentrated an m1 abrams and a bradley. my buddy said on the bradley it came thru the side flew inside and out the otherside without detonating. there also one that hit and penetrated a m1. they arent sure what they were last i heard but it was some type of rpg with a special head. maybe they know by now, that was like a year ago or so

    Acutally I have seen bda reps (photographic + textual) of some sniper damage in Iraq.

    yeah well the handheld stingers are not really used, however there are air to air stingers from choppers and the Hummer Avenger system uses stingers.

    The Army has no use for artillery in Iraq, it's a freakin city where people live. Artillery guys are doing alot of infantry jobs. Same with MP's.
