whats the new hotness in i7motherboards

    so im building a new computer and would like to run the i7 cpu. ive been out of the game for a while...can OT recommend me a motherboard? id like it to be able to run crossfire. something in the 200-300$ range. ive used Asus in the past but dont know how good theit new stuff is. thanks!

    I love my Gigabyte EX58-UD5. I had a EX48-DS4 and a EVGA X58 as well. Both Gigabyte boards were better in my opinion.

    :werd: I pretty much exclusively use Gigabyte boards right now, regardless what I'm building. I've had less problems with them than with any other board manufacturer for AMD or Intel. They converted an old-school Asus fanboy :noes:
