What do you guys use to do weighted dips and pullups? Do you just hold a Db in between your legs?

Weight belt with a chain. Wrap chain around dumbbell or plate.

Weighted Dips are usually my last exercises for chest and I am usually feeling it by then. Most i did was 2 45lbs plates for 5-6 reps w/ bw @ 215. Just usually stick w/ 1 plate for 4x10.

i use a dip machine with weight stack that you sit in...it goes to 250 and I pin a few 45's to it. Much easier on my shoulders and elbows and I can stay very strict for 12-15 reps

    Don't you know it.:wtc:

No, I just usually do CG rack presses and skullcrushers, but I think I am going to swap skullcrushers for tate presses.

He asked what the most you can do weighted dips with. So i said the most that i can do them with. I don't work out with that. Of course you are going to think my form is shitty because you don't belive anything I say. I'm 6'1 200 lbs, so i'm sure thats really skinny to your standards. The only thing cool about you is your diet.
