Hi all- Since I'll be done with classes at the end of this week, I've decided I'm gonna dedicate the next 10 or so weeks to work and the gym. Since I'll be able to have a lot more down time and sleep, I'm gonna be hitting the weights hard. Lately when lifting I've been thinking of I'm doing to many sets with too little weight. What are the ideal numbers of sets, and sets per rep for chest, arms and back? ( No I'm not excluding legs, but I have a seperate track workout for them) thanks.
