I've been trying to leaning down since Feb.

    Cardio is in check.

    Diet is in check.

    Abs are definitely getting leaner.

Been going though my sample bin of fat burning pill samples lately to butter up the progress.

So far I've tried VPX Meltdown, and Dymatize Dyma-Burn and AMP Amplified Muscle Igniter 4x is on the list.

Took 2 weeks worth of Meltdown (2 pills/day) and hardly felt a difference.

What have you tried and had good results with?

    VPX Meltdown (~317 mg)
    Dymatize Dyma-Burn (330 mg)
AMP Amplified Muscle Igniter 4x (200 mg)

Before anything I'll increase the cardio. Just looking for that "butter/oil" to smooth things up that people have had good results with.

what does your cardio consist of? a nice 100 mile bike ride or marathon race will get you ripped in a day :bigthumb:

    Life Sci. 2006 Nov 17;79(25):2405-12. Epub 2006 Aug 16.

N-acetylcysteine attenuates TNF-alpha induced changes in secretion of interleukin-6, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and adiponectin from 3T3-L1 adipocytes.

    Araki S, Dobashi K, Kubo K, Yamamoto Y, Asayama K, Shirahata A.
Department of Pediatrics, School of Medicine, University of Occupational and Environmental Health, 1-1 Iseigaoka, Yahatanishi-ku, Kitakyushu, 807-8555, Japan.

TNF-alpha is a key molecule in obesity-related metabolic disturbances. This study was designed to determine whether N-acetylcysteine (NAC), an antioxidant, prevents the activation of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) by exogenously administered TNF-alpha in adipocytes, and whether such change affects the production of adipocytokines. The treatment of well-differentiated 3T3-L1 cells with 20 mM of NAC significantly increased the reduced glutathione concentration up to 150% of control. The treatment with 10 ng/ml of TNF-alpha decreased antioxidant enzyme levels such as CuZn-superoxide dismutase (SOD), MnSOD and catalase, and activated NF-kappaB in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The activation of NF-kappaB was significantly prevented by the pretreatment with 20 mM of NAC. TNF-alpha (1-10 ng/ml) dose-dependently increased interleukin (IL)-6 and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) secretion from 3T3-L1 adipocytes, while decreased adiponectin secretion. NAC (5-20 mM) attenuated the TNF-alpha-induced changes in these adipocytokine secretions in a dose-dependent manner. The effect of TNF-alpha and NAC on the adipocytokine productions was exerted at the m-RNA level, judging from results of the real time RT-PCR analysis. The present study revealed that NAC inhibited the TNF-alpha-mediated activation of NF-kappaB and improved the adverse changes in the levels of IL-6, PAI-1 and adiponectin in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. NAC may have the potential to improve the obesity-related abnormal adipocytokine metabolism by attenuating the TNF-alpha-induced oxidant-antioxidant imbalance in adipocytes.

I'll probably start running 5Ks again in BUT the thread is about fat burning pills now what activities can we do to lose fat.

Just to note: after a 5K, I look instantly 1-2% leaner just from the water loss.

Evo if the pic in your av is recent, you don't need any pill to get leaner.

I've never seen deep quad separation lines and feathered triceps on me so trying to go for that this time. Although feathering would require water depletion after getting my BF% low enough first probably.

A trial cut if you will.

This study examined the effects of an aromatase-inhibiting nutritional supplement on serum steroid hormones, body composition, and clinical safety markers. Sixteen eugonadal young men ingested either Novedex XT or a placebo daily for 8 wk, followed by a 3-wk washout period. Body composition was assessed and blood and urine samples obtained at weeks 0, 4, 8, and 11. Data were analyzed by 2-way repeated-measures ANOVA. Novedex XT resulted in average increases of 283%, 625%, 566%, and 438% for total testosterone (P=0.001), free testosterone (P=0.001), dihydrotestosterone (P=0.001), and the testosterone:estrogen ratio (P=0.001), respectively, whereas fat mass decreased 3.5% (P=0.026) during supplementation. No significant differences were observed in blood and urinary clinical safety markers or for any of the other serum hormones (P>0.05). This study indicates that Novedex XT significantly increases serum androgen levels and decreases fat mass.

I've taken it for 2 days and my dick hasnt fallen off yet :dunno:

of course it was. All drug studies are usually bankrolled by the company who makes the drug...who else has the incentive?

And they took double the recommended dose. However its gotten good reviews from 2 members on here :dunno:

Guess I'll stick to what I'm doing for 2 more months.

Seems to be the best option that works.

have you ever considered that the time you spend making these posts can be spent on increasing physical activity instead to lose that skinny fat disease you have?

or are you masturbating while posting...
