I think im going to have to go with the 20 Rep Squat Routine, no rest between any workouts is death

Yea I would say that one also, but I think that routine is more so of a joke...At least the 20 Rep Routine you dont have to be on juice

I think Tom Platz's routine for legs is pretty hard.
UD2.0 Depletion workouts if you are going all out are pretty damn terrible.

i trained very heavy with a BB'er routine so it was eveb worse then just powerlifting or BB'ing alone...it was a combo...there was days i wanted to fucking die. I know exactly what your talking about
