whats the fastest/best way to get lower bottom abs without riskin the top so much

    because i have top abs that looks way better then the bottom, and no im not fat believe me and somehow its too slow, i need to catch up without sarifacin so much of the top ab or its gonna look ugly if yuou know what i mean. trying to make things look even.

    Do reverse crunches. If you have access to an ab bench with a handle by the leg locks, flip around so that your head is is near the handle. Grab onto that, bend your knees so that you're bringing them toward your chest. Bring your ass and lower back off the bench in the same way you would bring your upper back and shoulders off in a regular sit up. It you do this right, it will burn like holy hell in your lower abs.

    Yeah, the first few reps are pretty easy but once your start hitting the spot you can feel it burn. My favorite ab exercise.

    I forgot to mention that if you don't have an ab bench you can do these flat. Just put something heavy down that you can reach back and grab onto. Before I got my bench I used 45lb dumbbells.

    I got the bench which i kept at decline while doing this so that was extra hard. :noes:

    500 leg raises 3 times a day to bring out the lower abs.

    You can't spot reduce fat.

    see i've got fat on my stomach, so uh, no lower abs for me :(

    but it's really annoying that the right, as i'd like to call, ab (right below the pec but above the abs) is biger than the left

    I'm inclined to agree. Dragon flags are difficult to pull off sometimes, and many people end up hurting themselves on incorrect tries. I went into MS paint and drew up a quick diagram for all our sake, but you may want to flag a little lower on the abdomen to target those bottom abs.
