    should come with the key.

the only difference is, since its oem, Microsoft DOES NOT support the product, so you're on your own if something fucks up.

you get updates. it comes with a key. if it crashes, re-install it. But MS will not give you tech support if you don't know what the fsck your doing.

its a fully working copy..... you can reinstall it if needed...... the only thing you aren't getting is the microsoft tech support help, which, in dealing with them every once in awhile, is a good thing on your behalf.

If you buy a retail box version of windows, you can call MS for support for the first 90 or 180 days, or something like that. With the OEM version, you would have to call newegg for support, but with all the info on the net, I can't imagine why anyone would bother with MS.

MS fowards about 80% of their tech calls to India. Everytime I have to call MS tech support for serveral server questions, If I get a punjab guy, I ask right away to be fowarded to someone that can speak good english. MS charges alot for teir 3 or more support so fuck talking to these fucks that can't speak a spit of english.
