Went to a brand fucking new Golds Gym yesterday...I saw shit I never knew existed.

My favorite was the Ab Solo (think Pop-A-Shot + Crunches)

they're not crazy but i liked the machines they had on the cruise. the resistance came from pressurized shocks. each machine had a + pedal on one side and a - pedal on the other to increase/decrease resistance, even mid-rep.

the machines were pretty compact/didnt take up much room.

They have those at the Strom Thurmond Gym at USC (South Carolina of course). Which is an amazing gym...indoor track, rock climbing wall, raquetball court, cardio machines with individual lcd television sets and dvd players, machines out the ass, and of course, the standard free weights.
