I've read in a number of places NOT to mix with citrus fruit juices (e.g. orange) because they are acidic and will react with the creatine to form a waste product. Lots of places seem to suggest grape juice.. I tried mixing with water but to be honest I disliked the taste. I'm not being a pussy but i'd rather take it with something more tasteful.. and I read that its best taken with a sugary drink that will give an insulin surge and allow the creatine to be absorbed by the muscles quicker. What do u use?
