Lateral raises rely too much on forearm strength. Any ideas?
TANNED - Self Imposed. Delts are bronzed as hell.
laying L- arm raise or whatever they are called

IMO if your forearm is so much weaker in pro portion to your shoulders.. your body is giving you a sign.. TRAIN FOREARMs.. the ONLY movement i do that is limited by my forearms is back.. i would rather wrap up and get 3-4 more reps on a heavy weight then drop and make my back suffer.. but if you cant do lateral raises because you cant hold the weight.. time to beef up the forearms.
