I want to play my PS2 on my computer monitor (takes VGA) cuz my TV in my dorm room is like 13 inches. What's the best way to do this w/o losing quality and etc?

From what I found through Google and such, this sounds like the way to go:

Use a [S-Video / RCA Video In -> VGA adaptor] and connect straight to monitor.

    Eh?

    Thanks in advance.
