Foreman grill is easy and fast.

boiling it is the best way to get the most meat off the bone because this way makes it basically fall of the bone on every location, and more fat comes off the chicken and it still tastes really good.

Well technically speaking grilling would be better since you are getting carbon from the flames. And grill marks are actually good for you. Or this might be the crazy opinion of one of my past chemistry teachers.

I ate boiled chicken for like 3-4 months. I didn't even use sauces and spices afterwards. Now everything I eat tastes FANTASTIC

I freeze boneless skinless breasts, then toss a frozen breast in a shallow pyrex dish with spices & a drizzle of olive oil, then bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Then you flip the breast, and pour a sauce of your choice over it, and cook for 15 more minutes. I keep a variety of sauces on hand, and eat a variaton of this about every day.

where do you get healthy curry? All the curry I looked at is filled with tons of fat. I looked at a ton of brands in Japan.

I looked at all the brands for all sorts of different countries, they were basically the same. :dunno: I'll have to check nutritional facts on the curry in america.
