I'm currently on christophers' routine. A couple people told me to stay with a similar routine, but do every exercise 4x8. Another person told me to switch to a 4 day split (back, legs, chest, arms).

    What do you guys think?

How do you know what routine he is on? He hasn't updated his log in a month. Do you talk to him via AIM?

i'd stick with compound exercises and keep it simple.

    diet is the key, tho.

    stick with a 5x5

i'd stick with 5 x 5, but the last thing you want to do is go to a higher rep scheme. You want to do everything you can to maintain strength.

Thanks for the replies...as of now I'm leaning towards sticking to the 5x5 like you guys said.
