I got two 12" pioneer IMPP's in a sealed box and it is making my cavelier rattle now. What is the best way to get rid of the rattles with out spending a fortune?

Every cavvie ive seen rattles like hell. My buddy has 2 solobaric 12s with a really old RF amp at 1ohm and his taillights are ready to fall off. You could just get a shitload of expandable foam, lol.

Get some sound deadening. The cheaper the better since everything is pretty much the same. Stay away from Dynamat cause all you're paying for is the name.

There really are too many to even mention. Off the top of my head, there's RAAMMat, bquiet/brownbread, edead.. and my mind went blank. Do search, you're bound to find something. I personally use RAAMMat only because I got a good price on the 60mil version.

Peal N Seal is the best stuff. Just put down about 2 layers where you are rattling and it will be silent. The stuff is found in the roofing section of lowes. I got it for about 22 dollars a roll.

I know that many of these cheap alternatives have some side effects. Like they stink when 1st installed for long periods of time. And when its hot out they tend to soften and also release a odor. Does this stuff do this?
