just hit up the wal-mart detailing section. grab a bucket, some good meguiar's wash, wax, and a few interior products. i use the waffle weave and glass microfibers from the housewares section to dry the paint and clean the windows. some terry towels for interior duties and you're set. no more than $40 bucks after tax and you can have a good selection of all that you need.

A gallon of Optimum No Rinse runs around $35 and should last you 2-3 years if you wash your truck once a week. Buckets, microfiber towels and maybe some Optimum Car Wax (their spray wax) will set you back another $35-50 and you will be set for quite a while. Damn microfiber towels are great for an interior wipe down.
