    What made my delts grow nicely was only doing shoulders weekly, instead of with chest or back. Once I did this, I could do two heavy presses, rest 1.5 minutes in between, then do something like side raises, front raises and rear pec deck flye, with only resting 30-45 seconds in between sets. Hits them pretty hard..

    i like seated db shoulder presses for front delts. Upright rows for side delts. and bb rows or db rows for rear delts, they mainly work the back, but are also really good for the rear deltoids.

    bent over rear raises. my shoulders have always looked like shit before i did these and i can't even do that much (20lbs)

    yeah they're nowhere close to where i want them to be. my shoulder's been fucked up for nearly a year but they've improved significantly from doing rear raises. as for side raises i've gone down from 45lbs to 30lbs. if i can put mass on my shoulders while simply rehabing anyone can on full blown "shoulder days".
