I've got $150 to go towards supplements/equipment. I already have a 10lb bag of ON Whey. So I thought I'd try maybe some creatine and also get some straps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    some time of CEE.

I prefer cap form - some powder. Obviously powder will be cheaper.

I'd recommend Omega Thunder if go cap, tho.
